Top left is fajitas with chicken thighs and saffron rice hiding underneath. The veggies are bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Second is chicken Alfredo pasta, also with thighs. Used Banza pasta and added lots of broccoli plus a ton of salt and garlic seasoning.

Third is shredded chicken breast with BBQ sauce. I cook the breasts in the Instant Pot with broth, then shred immediately. They’re never dry. Veggies are sweet potatoes and broccoli, I love them with a bit of a char.

Last is gyoza! Ground turkey, sesame oil, green onions, cabbage, and soy sauce. These take awhile, but are so worth it!

    My god this looks tasty, I want to learn cooking myself exaclty for this so I can prep myself healthy, tasty, high protein meals but so far my meals taste like horseshite. :(
