Made some spicy chicken with black beans and rice along with a side of stir fried veggies. Recipe - soak beans(unmeasured)over night and boil em the next day (I used a pressure cooker for 3 whistles)

Cook rice (1.5 cups uncooked) after almost cooking the rice I pan fried it with the beans along with some seasoning (pepper, red chilli powder, garlic salt)

For the chicken (400 gms) the marinade I used included garlic salt, red chilli powder, pepper, and some tikka masala, left it for 45 minutes and then pan fried it.

For the veggies - I get em pre cut in bags of 400 gms at my local supermarket so I just stir fried the full thing with the salt and pepper. To finish off I added some chipotle sauce on top.

End ⚡️

I must say, I’m genuinely impressed with your meal prep skills! The way you described each step and the combination of flavors makes my mouth water. I especially love the idea of pan-frying the rice with the beans for that extra texture. I can almost taste the spiciness of the chicken and the smokiness from the chipotle sauce on the veggies. I can tell you put a lot of thought into this, and I’m definitely going to try replicating this delicious-sounding dish. Great job, and thanks for sharing your culinary expertise! 🌶️🍚🍗
