    Very nice. Do you have a calorie and macros for this? Also this is close to chowder so is this like for weight loss since chowder is made with double cream which is high fats?

      There is no calories info, sorry.

      It’s not like chowder at all, I use light creme fraiche (15% fat) instead of the standard creme fraiche (35% fat). Add 1.2L of water and it becomes quite thin.
