One box of sugar free jello pudding, 1& 3/4c of almond milk, or regular milk, one or 2 scoops of protein powder. Blender or mixer for 2 mins. Pour into bowl with lid. Fridge for 30 mins minimum. Sugar free cool whip on top. I tailor my flavored protein powder to the pudding flavor. Chocolate, reese, banana. peanut butter protein powder added to butterscotch makes butterfinger. If unsure what flavor goes with the protein powder, just use cheesecake flavor.
