I just started a new job and this was my first time ever meal prepping. I know it’s not impressive but I’m proud of myself so I thought I would post it here!

The black beans were pre-cooked and the rice just required water and some time in the microwave. The chicken was brushed with olive oil then seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic. I also made cross cuts on the chicken before putting it in the oven for 22 minutes at 450 F.

    Great stuff. I do this often, except quinoa instead of rice. It gets boring tho. I recommend lots of hot sauce.
