I’m 135 and just starting out in fitness and I want to lose a little bit of fat and built some muscle. I’ve been trying to find stuff, but I’m confused. Can someone give me a rought idea of how much protein, carbs, etc. I need to eat.

I would download a tracker app. I like carbon diet app because it will give you appropriate targets to aim for and it has a built in coach you need to check in with.

I would start with a maintenance goal and go with that for a bit. you might see some body composition changes there.

also you need to resistance train with progressive overload.

look up tdee calculator. i’d advice eating at a slight surplus of calories, so if your tdee is 2300 calories for example, try to aim for 300 calories above that. as you are a beginner, you’ll make gains pretty quickly and eating at a slight surplus will help you to not gain much fat. after 5-6 months, you can go on a cut (eating at a deficit, i’d advice to eat 500 calories less than your tdee) for a bit until you’ve lost a bit of the fat you’ve gained along the way. then you eat at a slight surplus again
