  • I feel like such a noob running 8 mins per km, but it is what I need to do to stay in zone 2 (what my garmin recommends). I hope this will increase over time, but I have been running for 2 years now and I still suck (speed wise, I’m doing fine in total KM’s)

    I decided to start running with a Garmin coach to see if that helps, but when I see friends on strava running a 10k in 50 min with a average heart rate of 140 I die a little inside.
