11 months agoYou can overdo it and go backwards with too much training. Im usually the fastest when I first start jogging/biking and slowly decline due to excessively pushing myself too hard/ not enough rest.
I was running up to 150 km / week mostly with some decent elevation and I don’t think I could run a 5k in under 25 mins
