You can also add cheddar cheese, or Mexican cheese (queso panel, or queso fresco).
spinach, sliced mushrooms, garlic, and the egg. Then salt, pepper, Basil, or Italian seasoning. at the end you can add Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella cheese or Feta Cheese
You can also changed or add different herbs like basil, oregano, thyme, cumin, paprika, dill, mint.
