Thanks! I followed the plan almost religiously. I estimated my VDOT to be 36 based on my last marathon, setting my threshold pace at 8:55. I was able to complete all the quality runs with T sessions without any issues. The only adjustment I made was shortening some of the longest runs to finish them in approximately 150 minutes. For instance, I modified the “1 E + 8 M + 1 E + 6 M + 1 E” run to “1 E + 7 M + 1 E + 6 M + 1 E”, i.e., I ran one fewer marathon pace mile and finished in 155 minutes.
