11 months agogreat idea about the lentils! wayyyy cheaper then those powders and i bet a whole lot healthier.
chili, soups, scrambled eggs (that can be heated and put in a tortilla with pre-shredded cheddar cheese for a quick breakfast burrito) are our go-to’s. i also roast a whole chicken and then use pyrex to portion it out and freeze it. add in some steamed kale and pre-cooked quinoa (also frozen ahead) and it’s a super quick and healthy meal in just a few minutes.
