Need some advice on what pan/pot I should look at as I am currently meal prepping at uni but my 20cm saucepan is not suitable for large batches since it is quite small.
I prefer stainless steel mainly just because I have more experience with them and I think I prefer a pan that can do most dishes easily. I am looking at 30 cm stuff but can’t seem to find a good pan with a lid.
N.B. I have an induction hob
I mainly cook curries but also would like to cook some stir fry or just seared chicken of the sort.

I’d go tfal nonstick, or tramontina 3ply stainless.
The tfal pans are cheap and big and non stick means easy cleanup if you take care/usage precautions.
