Need some advice on what pan/pot I should look at as I am currently meal prepping at uni but my 20cm saucepan is not suitable for large batches since it is quite small.
I prefer stainless steel mainly just because I have more experience with them and I think I prefer a pan that can do most dishes easily. I am looking at 30 cm stuff but can’t seem to find a good pan with a lid.
N.B. I have an induction hob
I mainly cook curries but also would like to cook some stir fry or just seared chicken of the sort.

I have found many, many fantastic cooking appliances and utensils at op shops. Give them a good disinfecting clean and leave them in the sun to dry, and they’re good to go!
