Hey fellow meal preppers!

Like many of you, I’m always looking for ways to make meal prep easier and more efficient. I know that apps can be a big help, and I’m really interested in what everyone is using!

  • What’s your favorite meal prepping app and why did you choose it?
  • What features do you love and find super helpful?
  • Is there anything that bugs you or you think could be better?
  • What dream feature would make your meal planning perfect?

I’m all ears and want to hear what works (or doesn’t) for you. Let’s share some thoughts and maybe we can all discover some new meal planning apps along the way!

I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Cheers,
Max

I don’t use a meal app now but a Notion planner. I track my meals, pantry (all storage areas), and ingredients. It automatically handles expiry dates, out-of-stock, shopping lists, etc. It’s easy and automated. The notion is free if you ask!

i am a cronometer gal! i love being able to meet my nutritional goals incl. fibre, vitamins. helps educate me on my food choices i.e. packaged meals vs whole meals. & if i am not hitting a certain vitamin consistently then its probably safe to supplement (like vit E)

I’m building a web app that automatically generates seasonal meal plans and the associated grocery lists customized to your dietary needs and preferences. I am going to be looking for beta testers in January if everything goes as planned. Let me know if you’re interested!
