Uncomplaint: I’m a month and a half away from my marathon and I feel like my training is going amazing, much better than the last marathon I ran in 2019. And I really believe I can beat my previous time.
Complaint: I have a 5 mile run today and a part of my foot is a little sore. This makes me nervous that I’ll injure myself further by favoring that foot during my run :(
I’m aiming for 3:40:00, maybe better lol.
My last marathon (and only) was 3:43:43, and I got injured halfway through. I think I was on pace for 3:30:30 before injury.
