Donation intervals between different donation types at the American Red Cross

I noticed that the Red Cross site tells you intervals between the same type of donation (e.g. time between a platelet donation and a platelet donation, time between a blood donation and a blood donation), but not intervals between different types (e.g. time between platelet donation and blood donation). I’ll update this thread with more types as I learn more! Feel free to submit your own cross-donation-type intervals if you also donate with the American Red Cross.

Platelets with plasma donated
- Want to donate platelets without plasma: eligible 7th day/1 week after your donation
- Want to donate regular whole blood: 28th day/4 weeks after your donation
- Want to donate Power Red blood donation: 28th day/4 weeks after your donation
