    Ran my second half yesterday in Monterey, CA! My half marathon pace felt pretty aggressive in the beginning and I didn’t feel great at miles 2-5 so toned back. The fatigue also felt strong in the middle of the race. Here are my splits with HR data.

    Any tips on getting more comfortable running faster for longer periods of time? guessing more tempo work outs? My training was decently unstructured. Just incorporating 2-3 easy runs, 1 track workout with usually 800s, and one longer run per week with some biking sprinkled in. I’m hoping to run a marathon next fall with maybe one more in the spring to get ready. Any thoughts/feedback appreciate. I’m a 30 y/o male with mostly cycling experience, v02 max of 51 according to my Garmin.
