This is now my 44th Sunday meal prep of the year. My fiancée and I have gotten this down to a science. We recently thrifted and instapot and it is a complete game changer.

Meal 1: Mexican salad mix, ground beef, fire roasted veggies.

Meal 2: Asian salad mix, chicken

Meal 3: Chicken/beef, white rice, fire roasted veggies, and golden chanterelle mushrooms.

All the black containers are mine, 3 meals a day M-F. For all those who says these won’t be good by Friday, that’s is not true. Never had one issue this whole year prepping food for the entire week.

Breakfast is four eggs and an avacado cup.

All ingredients came from Costco and totaled just a little over $100.

If anyone is interested I can drop the links to the products I bought from Costco for this prep and also our process.

Happy prepping!

Looks really good and awesome but the 100$ a week on meals I’d say hell no to. My Mom makes hot meals almost every day after work slaving on the stove because left overs are usually not “good enough” for my Dad and he always asks what’s for dinner over the years to my Mom and I think it’s like 30-40$ just to make a meal a lot of times these days how the hell do they afford to? Don’t know how beneficial it would be health wise of each meal but the idea of spending 400$ or more a month just for food in this economy would have me steering far away from this post. It is really awesome don’t get me wrong but it not affordable. Especially when trying to save for a house and pay off a car loan.
