Complaint: injured shin. Possibly an early stress fracture. Maybe shin splints. I haven’t run since Saturday and am really wanting to get back to it. I had planned for a birthday marathon but this will prevent that due to missing 1-2 weeks of training and an already short timeline.
Uncomplaint: previously, I had very specific pain in one shin, now I have aches in both shins that seem constantly in a different spot. A weird uncomplaint, by I take this as a sign that my shin bone is healing and now I’m experiencing muscle/tendon soreness. This is good pain! (I hope)
