Complaint: have been sick with the flu since last Friday. Missed my 8mi long run, 12 longmile run and all the short runs in between. A little nervous for my half December 10th. My longest runs have been one 7 , 8, 9, and one 10 mile run. I am so sad I can’t run. I tried today but a few meters in I was a coughing mess. More rest for me 😣
