  • I’m going to suggest you alter your process rather than invest in an absolutely monstrous pan that you may or may not have physical space to store. Brown your meat in batches. Sear it, then remove to a plate or bowl and sear the rest of it. Then add it back to the pan and finish cooking over lower heat. Same thing with your veggies - add the stuff that takes longer to cook first then add the rest of your ingredients.
