I found on Etsy some maple candies I got for my husband for our anniversary! They are made with 100% maple syrup. Raymondsugarhouse.com

Also I am making him some powder pumpkin spice coffee creamer (powdered pumpkin purée, coconut milk powder, pumpkin pie spice, and coconut sugar). If she likes hot beverages, four sigmatic makes some really unique powder blends to buy!

I got my husband a Stanley French press and he uses it to brew big batches of tea as well as coffee.

Otherwise pretty much any non food items? I second an instant pot! I LOVE mine and use it often. And our air fryer makes really good steaks!

  • I personally know lots of people who have to Europe with celiac and gluten sensitivities, and they eat the bread and pasta there with no problem. My mom has had problems with gluten her entire life and actually sources flour from Italy (you have to be careful cause some ship from Italy but are actually made in US) and she’s able to eat it with NO problem. US wheat is processed really horribly.

I did! It made a HUGE difference. My blood work showed signs of fatty liver disease and had other inflammation markers and is now much better!

I recently finished 9 months of doing a pregnant whole30 and I’m back paleo again! I do eat sprouted oatmeal and white potatoes as they do not cause any issues for me. But other than that, I do not “cheat”

CONSISTENCY is key. Even cheating once a week or once a month set me back significantly.

If you are struggling with inflammation, try a Whole30 to find out what your triggers are! I did that and after reintroduction I ended up with essentially a paleo diet (plus white potatoes). And only recently added in sprouted oats from One Degree. Highly, highly, recommend Whole30. It changed my relationship with food and made the biggest difference because it made it very simple and super easy to see what certain foods were doing to my body.
