  • You know, sweeteners are the place where I get sus. A little honey, maple syrup, molasses, etc seems fine (we’re more of a diabetic slow-carb diet than strictly paleo) but coconut sugar, sugar alcohols, stevia, erythritol, and all that stuff natural or otherwise perplex me when I’m trying to find a little something sweet at the store. Trying to keep it lower on the glycemic index
