Hi everyone!
I’m a little nervous about trusting food products, etc., that claim to be “all natural”, “paleo”, etc. Are there any products that you do not trust to be all-natural, despite being advertised as such? If so, what makes you not trust it? Is there a certain ingredient that I should be aware of? I’m trying to learn about which sneaky products to avoid.

You know, sweeteners are the place where I get sus. A little honey, maple syrup, molasses, etc seems fine (we’re more of a diabetic slow-carb diet than strictly paleo) but coconut sugar, sugar alcohols, stevia, erythritol, and all that stuff natural or otherwise perplex me when I’m trying to find a little something sweet at the store. Trying to keep it lower on the glycemic index
