When I was first getting started with running I was complaining to a runner friend of mine about not wanting to go, or trying to schedule a run and then having something come up. He was so perplexed, and told me to “just go” when j felt like it. Life changing. Every time I don’t want to run now I just tell myself to just go and see how I feel after a minute. Always works
