All my weekday runs need to be on a treadmill because it’s all my job/family life will allow and I get SO MUCH shit from my running group (that I run with outdoors on weekends) for it. But I swear it makes me an overall better runner and more consistent with my pacing.
Doesn’t hurt that I also beat every one of those naysayers in the last marathon we did by quite a bit, so hey, proof is in the pudding 🤷♀️
With you, friend. I’ve also watched more documentaries than I can possibly count because of it. Beats listening to the thoughts in my head 😜
