Need some advice on what pan/pot I should look at as I am currently meal prepping at uni but my 20cm saucepan is not suitable for large batches since it is quite small.

I prefer stainless steel mainly just because I have more experience with them and I think I prefer a pan that can do most dishes easily. I am looking at 30 cm stuff but can’t seem to find a good pan with a lid.

N.B. I have an induction hob

I mainly cook curries but also would like to cook some stir fry or just seared chicken of the sort.

Much appreciated.

Stainless steel or cast iron is the way to go. Some are fairly inexpensive, some are pricey, but they will last you a lifetime if you take care of them. They also don’t have nonstick coating on them that is full of chemicals. My husband and I got rid of every piece of “nonstick” and plastic cookware we had because of the chemical breakdown. Personal preference though. ☺️
