Got this call. My phone marked it as Potential Spam. Looked it up online and saw a few places saying it was okay (one news article about platelet donation contained this number to call to make an appointment to donate in Massachusetts, and shouldianswer.com all said it was Red Cross), though I couldn’t find an authoritative listing from a site itself anywhere.

It was about needing to come in for a pre-platelet sample before my next donation. Something about maybe having too high or too low a platelet count.

Just wanted to put it out there so all the search engines crawling might be able to pick this up and help someone else who wants to know if this is a legit call.
