I stopped timing my runs and don’t care about pace and for me I feel like I enjoy it more. I used to always start a run on my watch and often I would end up speeding up to try to get some time goal. I was often frustrated if my time was a little slower that day. Now I just run a known distance and it takes however long it it takes.
