My hot take is that Adidas shoes > Nike

    My take is that it doesn’t have many benefits and therefore is largely unnecessary and can even be detrimental to health. Long runs on the plain surface are outright useless for a healthy young individual. There I said it.

    Running for the sake if cardio endurance alone, is not the best way to increase cardio endurance.

    when you cross paths with another runner, it’s required to acknowledge each other. even just slightly. anything really.

    Running shoes promote poor form and can lead to injuries. It’s best to use something that allows for a more natural form, zero drop or minimalist barefoot style shoes.

    setting goals to under 10 minute miles for starter, & 5k 30 minutes in the long haul, without stopping.

    How do I work on my running skills/endurance? I usually bust the treadmill and combine sprinting at 6.7 and then walking at 3.3. My left foot has a weird knot in it that makes me faulter sooner than I could but i think

    Races need to stop including shirts in the kit. Drives up cost for the race and participants. Wasteful as the tech shirts from print shops have become such poor quality.

    Slow and many miles are more beneficial than speedwork. Also, Vaporfly Next% > all.
