I feel lied to. I was told by multiple sources that one can learn to enjoy it. Been a few months and I still feel like the only reason I run is so that my wife wont laugh at me for buying running shoes along with some running clothes and getting bored with it. I won’t give her that satisfaction, which doesn’t mean I get to enjoy running. Each time I’m about to go out and run, I look forward to coming back and taking a shower.
If you mind me asking, how do majority of your runs look like?
Do you just go out every time and push yourself to the max because that is one way you can make yourself hate running
