Ran my first half yesterday. Finished faster than expected which was awesome! Great course and so much fun!! Now to recover. Planning to hit some easy minutes on the peloton and maybe get a few easy miles in later this week.

I went to spinning two days after my 1/2 last month, and felt it really helped to shake out the legs. Also try pedaling backwards if you don’t…like in the warmup, feels good.
