Probably not what you’re thinking of, but my eldest child really dislikes “traditional” breakfast foods, so she’ll have things like chicken noodle soup or red beans and rice. There’s nothing that says you have to eat only “breakfast” during breakfast hours!

Soup for breakfast is AMAZING!
I love a miso soup with lots of tofu and some veggies, or curry coconut milk lentil veg soup
A hearty lamb shank or ham hock soup with added veg a cheese sandwich to dip into it is amazing & fortifying, & great for growing bodies.
