felt some of the bad pain in my ankle on my wednesday run. i made the mistake of trying to up my weekly volume too fast. it doesnt hurt very much but i know its a “dont push me im already close to the edge” pain so i took 2 days off. hoping i can get back to it tomorrow, i have so much pent up energy.
Are you coming off an injury recently? Good for listening to your body, I hope the ankle behaves!
