Sounds like you’re interested in a weight gainer product? I use a meal replacement shake, hol food, which is high protein (35g) and high calories (400 cals) so it is kind of like a weight gainer shake but a bit more nutritious. It might be a more cost effective/high protein option than your current smoothie but not gunna lie, your concoction sounds delicious.

Not sure if you work out or not, but one tip I learned was that it’s important to maintain a high protein content when working out and trying to put on weight to ensure that you keep building muscle.

If you want to gain weight, you need to be in a caloric surplus. That shake will definitely help, as it’s calorie dense, but it really depends what your overall diet is like too.

If that’s all you eat during the day, then no you won’t gain weight. If you eat that shake to supplement your other 2-3 meals of the day, then you’ll probably gain weight. But we can’t give a definitive answer without knowing your age/weight/height/diet (diet as in what you eat habitually, not a restrictive meal plan).

Also, just like you can’t spot reduce weight, you can’t spot add weight. So if you’re going to gain weight, most likely your hands are going to be the last place you would gain weight, at least a significant amount that it would make your hands bigger.

Why does having skinny hands bother you this much?
