it’s your day/week as a whole that matters. not single meals.
you need to be in a caloric surplus. one meal won’t do that.
so whatever your targets are for the day. hit those, and if you are gaining weight then you are in a good place.
Cereals/grains (rice, pasta, etc) are generally pretty good since they’re calorie dense and inexpensive.
