I ran my third half marathon and I’m losing my first toenail. It’s my second toe it hasn’t fallen off yet and I was told to let it fall off naturally. I want to go for a run but I’m afraid to put shoes on, I’ve been wearing flip flops since my half on Sunday.
Kt tape has helped me alot with shin splints. Also zero drop shoes can do wonders for shin splints as long as you can get used to them first. Keep stretching
