Hi everyone! Just signed up for my second ever 5k that is at the end of February. I did one a few years back and finished at 44 minutes. I’m at the same weight I was back then (overweight at 285 @ 5’6"). Looking to get under 40 minutes. Any training tips or just words of encouragement are welcome :)
