I’m in a km country and always have been tracking in miles for some reason. MAinly because of US training plans. Why should I switch? Honest question :-)
Easier to have conversations with runners in your country? Can figure out routes much more easily given that everything in your country is measured by km?

For pace the numbers are lower, for distance the numbers are higher. And generally, any on-the-fly mathing is easier.
