Complaint: I enjoy the cooler weather but it’s always bloody raining. It’s making it difficult to motivate myself to go out.
Uncomplaint: I’m really enjoying strength training. It ebbs and flows but I’m enjoying it again at the moment rather than just doing it because it’s routine.
Confession: I don’t give myself much credit for how far I’ve come with running. I’m always looking at how to improve and not seeing how much I’ve already improved. A bit of both is needed.

I can relate to this. I do my best to tell others how well they’re doing in X,Y, or Z, but so often, I am just frustrated and think I should have made more progress by now.
