So, i’m currently clean bulking and am absolutely sick of chicken and rice everyday for 6 days a week. I cheat on sundays. What do y’all do instead of chicken and rice? I consume 3500-4000 calories a day.

Swap to whole grains, something like quinoa or barley, quinoa is higher protein
Eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, tempeh, tvp or seitan, like chicken isn’t the only protein option there is and you’re not getting a variety of nutrients.
Banza pasta is made from chickpea flour and like 25g per serving. Have two servings with some tempeh and you can easily hit 75g
Pickled herring with a few wheat crackers … only need 5 or 6 small pieces … add a piece of fresh fruit on the side with a handful of walnuts and you’ll be good to go.

I double the chicken, I grill it first then add it cooked when I add the potatoes, this works out to about 400cal per bowl. Roughly 40-50 gram protein, 6 gram fat, 40-50 carbs( on bad memory)
