I’m three months into running and everything is going really well! However, yesterday I sprained my ankle. I’m demoralized thinking about the few weeks/month off that are ahead. Google seems to say fitness drops off pretty quick :/ How do y’all deal with injuries? Had my first 10 mile run planned this Sunday, so bummed I can’t do it
Still injured :/ stressing out about how much fitness I’ll have lost in the last two weeks. Hope I can hit the ground, er, running when I’m back (hopefully this week!). I have done 3x rowing days to try and keep the cardiovascular fitness at least maintained. We’ll see…
