  • I’m three months into running and everything is going really well! However, yesterday I sprained my ankle. I’m demoralized thinking about the few weeks/month off that are ahead. Google seems to say fitness drops off pretty quick :/ How do y’all deal with injuries? Had my first 10 mile run planned this Sunday, so bummed I can’t do it
