My wife has just finished a Garmin Coach half marathon training plan with no plan to run a half marathon. She just enjoyed having the structure.

Uncomplaint: Return to running after PF is going great. The 5k yesterday after work was the first one where HR was properly controlled with just a few hills pushing into Z3 and the pace, 5:14/km, was decent. More and longer runs in the schedule for next week!
Complaint: Still an uncomfortable amount of bike sessions.
Confession: Slightly addicted to ticking off Zwift routes but failed to get up ADZ during an hour interval session… not a big surprise.
Uncomplaint: Back running after FIVE weeks… 3 x 3km runs done. So good.
Complaint: after 5 weeks on the smart bike I’m still looking at 3-4 weeks on it as running ramps up. At least it’s not 100% of every session.
Confession: I seem to have forgotten how to run easy.

Thankful for completing the third week back to running after plantar fasciitis, 6 weeks out but managed to maintain a decent level of fitness on the bike and some great gains in the gym - weekly PRs on deadlift, squat, bench, pulldowns, etc. Jogging round a 10k in Sunday which will be the longest run since the issue started.
