i don’t get today off of work but am hoping for it to be relaxing. i woke up early but nobody is online yet, and i’m sure we’re going to log off early today too… but i’ll be going on a run today since i missed yesterday, and looking forward to the gym tomorrow and my long run on sunday.

 1·2 years ago 1·2 years ago- thankful for getting back into running! i’ve been struggling with my wellness and i’m really enjoying going outside in the winter and seeing what my body can do. 
- complaint - finding a run club where people don’t run 8 min miles. i run a 12-13 min mile at easy pace and it suuuucks. i can’t find one where it’s people with my pace 
complaint - struggling to figure out balancing recomp and upping my running mileage without calorie counting. my dietician said we don’t wanna be in a deficit but i’m not really following my meal plan rn (partially because i’m on my period and my appetite is extremely low), and it doesn’t feel good.
uncomplaint - ran 3.5 miles yesterday and the day before despite major fatigue and back pain lol. really excited to run more in the coming weeks and finding a balance and consistency for training.
