  • Marathon training makes you gain unhealthy weight (even when being super conscious about food choices and calories and whatnot).

    Anecdotally I’ve seen this happen to women more than men. And it seems to happen more to the people I know who were being super careful about calories and healtjy food choices than the ones who continued to eat absolute junk.
