Any controversial/unpopular opinion that you may have in regards to running

My hot take is that Adidas shoes > Nike

    Dude… no. Just no. I upvoted you but why the hell would you not stop it? You aren’t running!!!

    I hate getting stopped because obviously it makes it easier with a break but ultimately nobody should really care about the training runs, it’s the races that matter

      Idk i like having accurate data on my heart rate + recovery and i feel like i’m able to train more honestly if that makes sense (i.e. is goal pace too agro). Generally i try to do routes through parks or other places i won’t need to stop too often or will just follow the green lights and not really have a route.

      Stopping the time is ridiculous especially when most smartwatches have elapsed time and moving time data. Seems like extra work for very little reward.
