Running in the snow is the absolute best. I hate the snow. Hate the cold. Love running in it.
The second part. I don’t understand why so many people think running underfueled is an accomplishment. I feel like everything, from the run itself to recovery, sucks way less when I am fueled well. This doesn’t need to suck - just drink the water lol.

I wish we had legal edibles here. I’d definitely take a baby one before a long day run. Maybe just a little 10mg sprinkle.
Also 100% running and cannabis are a match made in heaven. + also snow running is a revelation.
I know. There’s this semi pro guy I follow locally. He constantly brags about 0 calories or water on his strava and I find it kinda obnoxious.
