I researched a bit about carnivore and it seems like you can eat a lot in a surplus but still get ripped or lose bf, which is what I’m trying to go for right now. Will paleo have the same benefits? Carnivore seemed too extreme for me and I really like fruits and vegetables
It’s not the diet that gets you muscle, it’s the exercise along with eating properly and the right amounts. I know people following carnivore that aren’t “shredded”.
It depends on what you eat and how you train. Paleo is a pretty broad framework.
If you eat more than you burn you will lose weight and the other way around. It doesn’t matter if you eat carnivore, paleo, vegan or cardboard.
I thought it was the same but with another marketing strategy. Paleo was well known 2013. Than it disappeared completely and was replaced by carnivore what was kinda the same somehow.
Did both, was definitely more shredded doing paleo without a doubt. Bordered on 8 pack
